I have a pair of shoes #156668-093 that are brand new and have been unable to wear them because the strap on the back keeps sliding down. Shoe repair shops cannot fix strap. They have been sitting in my closet for months. Is there any way I can send them back and replace the shoes or you add something to the strap maybe a strap with a buckle around the ankle. I would appreciate an answer, soon. Thanks!
