I received another package from Pete the other day and this time, It’s Gloves in a Bottle; a new shielding lotion for dry skin. I shared some with my sister and later that afternoon, she called me ecstatically saying how much she LOVES them and basically asked me to give her more lol.. I was like “hell no, let me try some first!” and I did.
Now I know why she was so excited because this lotion is truly amazing. I read some of the reviews saying what a miracle it is and I couldn’t agree more. That package really came at the right time (Thanks so much, Pete!) as I’ve been having problems with my right thumb. The skin around it was dry and cracking, part of it was my fault coz I was biting it lol.. but anyways, I tried the lotion (for 2 sachets only) and it really worked! no more cracking! Actually, I’m still at awe at how fast this thing works. Now I have 2 “normal” thumbs again. YAY!
I am very picky when it comes to lotion. I couldn’t stand weird odor, I hate the sticky feeling and not to mention the grease and since I spend most of my time in front of my laptop, I don’t want them to stick all over it! I am very pleased with this new lotion because it saves me from those horrible things.
Gloves in a Bottle gives you more than just moisturizer. It protects and heals your skin from those disastrous external factors, such as crazy weather or even from your daily activities that require you to work with heavy machines/tools.

I use Gloves in a Bottle all the time - I’m an artist and end up washing my hands a zillion times a day (slight exaggeration). Gloves in a Bottle makes it easier to keep my hands clean plus seems to save them from drying up and cracking despite the paint, oil and thinners I get all over them. I also use it whenever I’m cleaning the house (not so often!), gardening or doing any DIY and find it fantastic at shielding my hands from any chemicals and dirt. This product seems to be getting some good press too and is worth checking out - Skin MD Natural in the UK. It uses a new advanced scientific proprietary formulation which, apparently, has a moisturizing factor 6 times greater than glycerin, the standard humectant (water absorber) against which all others are measured. It is a shielding lotion which bonds to the skin to keep the irritants out, moisture in and protects the skin in a way a normal moisturizer can’t. Well worth a look.
