I have spent at least 15 minutes staring at this brand new creation from Carmen Marc Valvo. I don’t have any cocktail parties to attend nor special events, however, I can’t help but drooling over this masterpiece. This has got to be the most elegant and beautiful evening gown I’ve ever seen so far. Made of lace accented with delicate feather and silk lining, this US$940 gown has definitely won my heart over.
