Not everyone can pull polka dots off and not everyone can also look great in off-shoulder dress, but if you’re willing to give it a shot, this lovely Victoria’s Secret can be your first option. I gotta tell you that I’ve always loved off-shoulder dresses, I think they’re a great tease. And this particular goes perfectly well with the black pantyhose and mary-jane shoes.
